Ginette M. Portera, Esq. Ms. Portera graduated cum laude with dual degrees in economics and political science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She received her J.D. from the University at Dayton School of Law where she received the Walter H. Rice Award for best brief in the moot court competition. Prior to joining Brown & Tarantino, LLC, Ms. Portera was associated with the law firm of Gordon & Silber, P.C., where she was involved in all aspects of defending physicians, hospitals and dental practitioners in cases of alleged negligence from inception to trial. Ms. Portera also handled matters involving general liability, toxic torts and products liability. Ms. Portera's appellate experience includes preparing briefs and appearing before the Appellate Division, Second Department.
