Ms. Mayer received her B.A. in English with a Certificate of Qualification in education from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1993. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1999 where she was elected as the Head Note and Comment Editor for the Buffalo Law Review. Prior to her association with Brown & Tarantino, LLC, Ms. Mayer had been associated with the firms of DiNardo, Metschl & Dwyer, P.C., and Francis M. Letro where she focused her practice on personal injury litigation, including products liability, mass tort litigation, the Federal Employer's Liability Act, and municipal liability, with experience in appellate practice. Ms. Mayer is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
