Terry S. Henderson, R.N.

Ms. Henderson received her Associates Degree in Nursing and Applied Science from Corning Community College in 1973.  From 1973 to 1976, she worked as a Critical Care RN in the Intensive and Coronary Care Units at Corning Hospital in Corning, New York.  From 1976 to 1988, Ms. Henderson worked at the Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, New York as the Head Nurse of the Emergency Room Department and the Head Nurse of the hospital's Interventional Radiology/Angiology Department.  From 1988 to 2008, Ms. Henderson expanded her career into ambulatory health care and advanced from the roles of RN Triage and CPR Instructor to Site Manager and Manger of the Specialty and OB/GYN services at Lifetime Health Medical Group.  In 2003, Ms. Henderson developed and implemented a new outpatient Endoscopy Department at Lifetime Health's Empire Drive Health Center.  She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, AED and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.  Ms. Henderson joined Brown & Tarantino, LLC, in 2008.
