Mr. Gruttadaro received his B.S. in accounting from St. John Fisher College in 1981 and his J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1984 where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. While attending law school, Mr. Gruttadaro served as an intern in the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. Upon completion of law school, he was employed as confidential law clerk to the Honorable Dan M. Russell, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi. From 1986 to 1993, Mr. Gruttadaro was employed by the law firm of Martin, Ganotis, Brown, Mould & Currie, P.C. as an associate focusing his practice on medical malpractice defense and general insurance defense. Mr. Gruttadaro is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association.  Mr. Gruttadaro's practice areas include medical malpractice defense, corporate and partnership formation and business planning, general liability defense, nursing home liability defense, corporate litigation and estate administration and planning.
