Ms. Eberle is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo and obtained her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1982. Ms. Eberle is admitted to practice in both New York and the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York. Ms. Eberle has concentrated her practice of law in the area of insurance defense with a focus on automobile and truck liability, medical malpractice, health care law and professional disciplinary proceedings. She also represents families with children who have special needs to ensure that these children obtain appropriate educational services to which they are entitled under state and federal laws. Ms. Eberle has extensive litigation and trial experience, and her appellate experience includes appearances before the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department. She was formerly associated with the Buffalo, New York, law firm of Roach, Brown, McCarthy & Gruber, P.C., where she defended medical malpractice and general liability actions. Ms. Eberle is a member of the Erie County Bar Association where she has served as a member of the Negligence, Medical Malpractice and Health Care Law Committees. Ms. Eberle also served on the Liaison Committee with the Erie County Medical Association and Erie County Bar Association. She is a member of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Eberle has lectured on behalf of the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the Liaison Committee on the topic of medical malpractice.
