Mr. Barone received a B.A. from Wittenberg University in 1989 with dual majors in economics and philosophy, and a J.D. from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1993. While in law school, Mr. Barone worked as a law clerk at the Bolotin Law Offices, a general practice with a concentration in personal injury litigation. From 1993 through 1997, Mr. Barone was an associate with the law firm of Feldman, Kieffer & Herman, LLC, where he practiced in the area of insurance defense, concentrating on medical malpractice, professional disciplinary proceedings, products liability, automobile and general liability cases. At Brown & Tarantino, Mr. Barone focuses on medical malpractice and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Barone is admitted to practice in both Federal and New York State Courts and is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
